  1. What is the % Profile box telling me?
    This box is a summary of how much of your profile you have completed. After you have given us your basic information on this page and clicked submit, you will then have registered with the site and will be able to complete the rest of your profile.
  2. What if a key competency is missing from my role?
    All the competencies have been reviewed and approved by senior management, however, if you believe something is missing, please contact the HR team to request for the additional competency to be added to the database.

    All employees will be required to create an online profile within the competency framework which will show the core, proprietary, supervisory and technical requirements for each role.

    There are 7 levels of proficiency, from 0 (Theory Only) to 6 (Subject matter Expert). You can find a full definition of these by clicking on the link from your profile page.
